DescriptionThe Go-To-Market (“GTM”) Operations organization is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations and product commercialization partner to the Sales, Service and Partnerships leadership. This team is responsible for:
• Shaping go-to-market priorities to accelerate revenue growth and resource the business accordingly
• Bringing to market the next generation of Ads technology (i.e. from product readiness to deployment and market feedback)
• Up-leveling skills and capabilities to support execution of sales priorities
• Driving efficiency across our operations and commercialization processes
• Building best-in-class go-to-market infrastructure (e.g. tools and lead generation)
To accomplish this, the GTM org combines strong strategic, operational and problem solving skills with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and drive change across a scaled, global organization.
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience - Experience in strategy consulting or similar work requiring project management and high level executive communication - Excellent written and oral communication in English
Desired- Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence, including the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives - Consulting experience, specifically in outsourcing projects and building scalable partner ecosystem with technology partners across Google Ads and Google Marketing Platforms, including technical post-sales implementation - MBA degree or equivalent practical experience - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong interpersonal skills - able to work across various functions and drive decisions - Sales and/or digital marketing experience a big benefit; prior experience in structuring & implementing initiatives with sales teams a plus
