Description

Service Coordinator - 6 months maternity cover

This is a contract role through ManpowerGroup.

• Managing Customer’s expectations and acting as point of contact for services queries.
• Support Trane distributors with the company’s services, whilst implementing best practices and following the standard processes.
• Ensure and maintain a high customer satisfaction by monitoring and resolving customer complaints effectively.
• Respond to parts inquiries ( parts identification, pricing and manufacturing lead time ).
• Processing and handling Offshore and Local orders received from Distributors.
• Reviewing purchase orders in details, processing the order through R12 system and sharing with factory representatives for booking.
• Reviewing and sharing all orders acknowledgments with customers/distributors after order is booked for their confirmation.
• Regular updates to Trane distributors towards the orders received until it is completed and shipped.
• Tracking shipment and deliveries based on orders Incoterms until order is completed.
• Maintain all services orders Database on daily basis with keeping it updated with accurate information.
• Maintain and update DFSD on daily basis of the services orders to ensure accurate invoicing forecast is provided.
• Coordinate with the ILC (International Logistics Coordinator) for offshore orders until it is shipped and closed for billing.
• Pro-active coordination with Trane or customer forwarder to ensure smooth movement of the goods and to avoiding unnecessary issues such as missing documentation or inaccurate information related to shipments.
• Reviewing shipping documents in details prior sharing with Trane customers/distributors.
• Processing and invoicing Local orders ( buy and resell orders, as well as service orders ).
• Coordinate with suppliers for the buy and resell orders to ensure they are handled smoothly until they are shipped.
• Raise requisitions for purchase orders creation, receipt orders and invoicing through R12 system.
• Keep logs and record of monthly forecast, order summary and backlog.
