DescriptionOur client is now recruiting for a Noodle Production Manager. This position will be based in Nigeria

Requirements

• Be able to control noodles production process, including operations maintenance of the plant.
• Be able to coordinate with production Crew for provision of day to day support
• Be able to raise demands for raw materials to maintain supply chain
• Be able to hire local labor and skilled operational staff.
• Be able to design and implement HACCP SOP's Viz vs Viz in the factory
• Be able to determine & control of additives, enzymes', main raw materials for quality production
• Be capable to implement the HR procedures for better control of Human sources
• Be able to control packaging, perseveration of raw and finished goods
• Be able to communicate with local authorities regarding statuary requirements
• Any other task, which management can assign by time to time.

Qualification/Experience
• 5- to 10 years
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, or manufacturing engineering, or in a similar discipline.
