DescriptionOur client is now recruiting for a Chicken Plant Production Manager. This position will be based in Nigeria

Requirements
• Be able to control slaughtering (HALAL) process on semi automatic plant.
• Be able to coordinate with production Crew for provision of day to day support
• Be able to raise demands for raw materials, live birds, to maintain supply chain
• Be able to control the infectious diseases during slaughtering of birds
• Be able to design and implement HACCP SOP's Viz vs Viz in the factory
• Be able to set the parameters for control of waste and odors and proper disposal.
• Be capable to control stunning, de feathering, offal's, slicing, packing, blast freezing and storage
• Be able to control packaging, perseveration of raw and finished goods
• Be able to communicate with local authorities regarding statuary requirements
• Any other task, which management can assign by time to time.

Qualification/Experience
• 5- to 10 years
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, or manufacturing engineering, or in a similar discipline.
