Description

ADMIN SUPPORT 

This is a contract role through Manpower ME - 6 months renewable

The induvial will be reporting to the Channel Director for the METI region (Middle East, Turkey, Israel)

Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Working on the CRM system: checking on new registrations, preparing the reports.
- Preparing weekly reports, broadcasting it to the Channel team
- Internal Admin support to the team
- Collecting database of customers
- Preparing a monthly newsletter: sending it out to the resellers & distributors
- Attending the Channel weekly call, taking the minutes of the meeting

Requirements:
• Proven admin or assistant experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills

English & Arabic language preferred
