Description

Our client is now recruiting for a Senior Manager- Business Marketing. This position will be based in Saudi Arabia. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Business Development

Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):


Define overall enterprise positioning and marketing plan in line with business vision and strategy. Lead the planning, development, implementation and management of all enterprise marketing activities in close collaboration with internal business stakeholders. Act as a SPOC for internal business stakeholders for all enterprise marketing activities and align respective processes and workflows.
The ideal candidate for this role will have significant experience in leading a digital marketing function, ideally in a large corporate or professional services firm. The role will suit an experienced senior executive with a passion for digital marketing, looking to make a major impact in the business.

Duties & Responsibilities (Not in any particular order):


• Define overall enterprise positioning and marketing plan in line with business vision and strategy.
• Coordinate with internal business stakeholders to understand, prioritize and consolidate marketing communications requirements.
• Work with internal business stakeholders and to develop and implement the enterprise marketing plan for the year in alignment with overall services and solutions roadmaps and business objectives, leveraging all communication tools including media, PR, events, sponsorships, digital,… etc.
• Drive the overall marketing communication budget planning exercise, and manage the spent in alignment with the overall calendar
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for enterprise and digital.
• Work with internal stakeholders to plan and execute business events.
• Overlook the enterprise PR planning and execution.
• Develop and execute enterprise content strategy and governance with internal stakeholders covering white papers, website content, customer presentations, brochures,... etc. and work on content production.
• Plan and execute Digital marketing campaigns
• Develop and execute Business internal communication plan, including annual kick-off event, newsletter, internal branding,… etc.
• Streamline the workflows and processes related to marketing communications activities within business .
• Act as a single point of contact for internal business stakeholders for any activities related to enterprise marketing communications.
• Capture feedback and measure the effectiveness of all marketing .
• Manage the complete enterprise marketing plan activities dashboard to ensure timely execution and tracking of all activities.
• Lead regular meetings to align with cross functional SPOC and update business management regularly
• Track competitive moves and market trends to recommend relevant marketing activities

Knowledge, Experience & Competencies
Bachelor Degree in Marketing & Communications; Master’s degree a plus

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, fast-paced worker, team player and experienced in all marketing jobs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field is required
• 10+ years’ of professional experience, the last 5 years are in market and Digital marketing

Years & Field of Experience required:

• 10+ years of professional experience in Business Marketing / Marketing Communications / Media agencies handling enterprise ICT services. Also need to have experience in managing cross functional teams
