DescriptionOur client is now recruiting for a Customer Service and Stock Management position for Skincare products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Customer Service
• Process customer orders and follow up with customers
• Issue the invoices in the system
• Stock management and control evaluation and analysis to be done (slow moving items and one shots
• Follow the delivery of the purchase orders as well as the inventory in our external warehouse
• Run day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
• Place monthly product purchases orders to head office
• Forecast the products quantities per reference twice per year for the production
• Help the marketing on the yearly one-shot products to be forecasted
• Registration of products & procedures
• Support with local team on daily tasks that may occur

REQUIREMENTS :
• Successful experience of 2-3 years as an customer service and stock management
• Capacity to handle the inventory management
• Knowledge of the cosmetics world and perfumes is a plus
• Fluent English (writing and speaking). French and Arabic is an asset
• Knowledge of ERP,D365 an asset
• Excellent command of Excel
• Well organized (planning, priority, respect of the deadlines) and customer oriented
• Knowledge in Microsoft dynamics is an asset
