This is a new role, created to support the growing Advertising & Partnerships businesses within Client in Middle East & North Africa. This hybrid multi-brand role requires a candidate that can bring existing Ad Ops experience, to support an experienced and diverse set of sales people, across a variety of established digital platforms. The role has previously been supported from outside regions, and is now being brought in-house to the office in Dubai. The Digital Advertising Sales Support Executive will support the entire sales process end-to-end from ‘pitch to pay’.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ad-serving capabilities, website analytics, creative formats, VAST/VPAID video technology, mobile ad delivery, and any other emerging tools (such as ad verification, viewability measurement, and brand studies). The candidate will be fully adept in the digital media planning and ad-serving process, including campaign management and programmatic advertising solutions.

Areas of Responsibility
• Build positive professional relationships with internal teams
• Ensuring timely and accurate implementation and execution of all sold digital campaigns that sit under the Client’s digital portfolio – to include YouTube, National Geographic, ESPN and any other third party or owned platforms
• Work with sales people to ensure the delivery of the best solution for Client/Agency
• Work with sales people to identify and advance any opportunities to improve performance of campaigns
• Ensure client retention is maximised by delivering high standard of understanding and ensuring the highest levels of service with regard to pre, mid and post campaign support
• Proactively seek to advance internal knowledge of the Client’s digital products and commercial opportunities
• Manage digital media planning & forecasting for our partners across the MENA region
• Develop and track key media performance metrics
• Analyse campaign performance and make insights-led optimisations
• Report back to clients on campaign deliverables
• Manage and distribute regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders, distilling actionable insights
• Coordinate media assets and copies with digital AM’s and Sales
• Create case studies, champion media best practices and campaign benchmarks
• Troubleshoot media technical and admin issues
• Any other ad-hoc project as and when assigned


Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
• Graduate level or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of advertising/marketing agency and vendor experience required
• Experience working with and maintaining 3rd party ad serving relationships
• Extensive experience in YouTube auction buying/AdWords
• Strong understanding of ad serving platforms, specifically Google Ad Manager
• Knowledge of the digital landscape
• Campaign and project management experience
• Tech saavy with a general understanding of website structure and coding
• Understand and be able to traffic ad campaigns for all forms of rich media, including new ad formats, native and cross platform
• Demonstrated ability in getting digital campaigns live, producing accurate and timely insights, leading to successful performance optimisations
• Media & Entertainment brand and/or E-commerce experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with processes and policies of a multinational company will be added advantage

• Highly IT literate, across core business applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
• Able to quickly learn new systems
• A commercial mind-set – an understanding of the need for holistic thinking in a multinational conglomerate corporation
• Solid understanding of the digital marketplace
• An understanding of the online market across the region with a particular focus on video and display
• An understanding of best-practice from international markets (UK & US)
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• High aptitude for managing expectations, whilst being solutions oriented and with a clear propensity to solve problems
• Creative and forward thinking, with a strong awareness of technology, video and emerging platforms
• Results-driven, with excellent track record in organization skills and attention to detail
