Our client is now recruiting for an HR Manager

ROLE PROFILE

Recruitment

             Gather and collate manpower requirements for the year from various Business Divisions and Departments

             Identify suitable sources for recruitment of current and potential positions

             Ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates pertinent for general requirements

             Ensure closure of open positions within the agreed timeframes

             Ensure a pipeline of potential candidates Collate Training Needs Identified based on the Performance Appraisals

             Ensure Induction Plans are carried out as per schedule

Learning and Development

             Collate Training Needs Identified based on the Performance Appraisals

             Create a Training Calendar based on the Training Needs Identified

             Identification of Training Vendors and ensuring training needs are fulfilled

             Any other adhoc training requirements

HR Operations

             Roll out policy revisions on a quarterly basis

             Ensure smooth and timely administration of HR policies with minimal variances

             Ensure issuance of confirmation letter before end of probation period

             Effectively conduct the Objective Setting and Performance Appraisal process

             Conduct review of LTA fares for employees on an annual basis

Employee Engagement

             Ensure Carry out employee of the month and fun@work each month

             Ensure festival celebrations (Onam, Diwali, Christmas) are held each year

             Check and finalise venue, menu, entertainment, raffles and event plan in consultation with Board Member for the Annual Staff Party

             Plan and carry out the Annual Staff Party and the Annual Party for the junior staff each year

             Carry out employee of the month and fun@work each month

             Ensure festival celebrations (Onam, Diwali, Christmas) are held each year

             Check and finalise venue, menu, entertainment, raffles and event plan in consultation with Board Member for the Annual Staff Party

             Plan and carry out the Annual Staff Party and the Annual Party for the junior staff each year

Job Specification for the vacancy

Qualification:     An MBA with specialization in HR is essential.

Relevant Industrial Experience:   10 - 12 years (Food / FMCG Industry is Preferable)

Total Years of Experience:            12-15  years

Attitude/Skills/Knowledge

             Result driven, work independently with minimal supervision, integrity and confidentiality, team player

             Supervisory and management skills, Communication skills, Multi - tasking, coordination,  planning and organisational skills, follow up skills, analytical skills
