Job Discription:
The role will be helping to make the ‘IT Technology – Business’ streamline and increase in pace by partnering with IT Outsourcing Companies and discussing in strategic alliance.
Create a department strategic plan which complies with and enhances the company-wide strategic plan of Outsourcing and Outsourcing business plan
Convert business requirements into strategy and outsourcing technology requirement
Help to formulate outsource operational scope and objectives for solutions, assess cost, time and resources, define the priorities
Define Outsourcing process, Contracts, Timeline with an outsourcing Partner
Prepare highly complex Technology Outsourcing contracts involving substantial sums of money or opinions on complex matters having substantial financial impact on the company.
Drive and Monitor Outsourcing operational through systems and automated tools.
Establish and maintain constructive relationships with Operation team and Business functions, understand current and future business requirements, identify systems and solutions to facilitate business functions’ activities, deploy new solutions and support existing commercial portfolio.
Build the Business Case with clear understanding of the customers’ business, organization, culture and the compelling reasons to act and manage the third-party consultant relationship. Work on the baselines, business cases, budget approvals, optimize Capex/Opex with the clients and ensure that the outsourcing engagement has the right technical and commercial solutions.
Participate in briefings with 3rd party vendors, manage vendor relationships & budgets

Additional Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Experience leadership or senior management in the technology environment context during which you have carried out tactical reviews and strategic outsourcing for business change.
• Proven record in leader thinking, developing new business initiatives, planning and change management (when required)
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Ability to streamline and implement new outsourcing structures and process that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines
• Proven record in building relationships and alliances, collaborating across different audiences, stakeholders, and external partners across different countries.
• Drive Company Culture and Values with Outsourcing Partners by demonstrating Accountability and Commitment in day to day operations
• Ability to think and act creatively within a complex, dynamic environment.
• Experience in working with uncertainty, assessing a situation afresh at each step along the way.
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in IT, other Technology Field
