DescriptionOur client is now recruiting for a Instructional Design & Leadership Curriculum Development Consultant. This position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job purpose

This job is to assist the ELDC to develop & improve its Leadership Development Curriculum ( Learning Journeys and short courses) for the Targeted Talent and Alumni Programs. It mainly contributes to development of workshops curriculum design , Implement and write , creating learning activities, including online activities for example webinars, podcasts, virtual learning, assessment tools and different measurement methods.

Duties and responsibilities

• Designing complete training kits for ELDC Leadership Development topics according to its behavioral competency framework; Training Manuals, participants’ manuals, activities, online tools, and assessment tools and activities.
• Evaluating, reviewing and supervising current training materials and activities, future training kits designed by different parties in or outside SEC to make sure they meet or exceed international standards, Making changes to current materials in need of such changes. Align levels of Leadership Development Programs and Courses as per the SEC Leadership Competency Framework.
• Work closely with Executive Coaches and Facilitators to understand the need of the target audience and gain feedback on implementation of programs.
• Recommend necessary actions to improve overall experience of ELDC Learning and Development Activities

Qualifications

• At least 10 years Instructional Design, Leadership Development experienced gained in various industries or large multi-nationals.
• Must be familiar with Behavior Modeling as a learning methodology. Experience of ADDIE Instructional Design system is a minimum requirement.
• Experience of Gamification is a pre-requisite..
• Recognized Certificate in Learning & Development in managerial, leadership & behavioral field
• Expert in adult learning, design and development of Learning Journeys and Short programs.
• Familiar with different modern learning technologies (e.g. Learning Management System)
• Excellent communication skills (Written and speaking) effective team player , creative, pro- active, self-starter and very familiar with current best practices for learning. Millennial learning needs, on-line learning and virtual learning platforms.
• Able to work smoothly in a multi-cultural working environment.
• Preferring ATD Certified in relevant Fields
