Job Description

What You’ll Do

·        Coordinate EMEA Surveillance marketing programs to accelerate growth and achieve financials targets that are: developed and executed to a high standard; locally relevant; have clear objectives and a measurable return on investment.

·        Develop and implement EMEA wide Surveillance marketing programs

·        Define messaging, content and  assets for the Surveillance market in the region

·        Define Surveillance Partner program needs for the region

·        Drive Mkt programs to increase Channel Base  /breath in various regions

·        Monitor SV MSS in the various regions and trigger actions where needed

·        Report out ROI on SV mkt investments

·        Define marketing engagement strategy with Alliances and ecosystem partners in the region


 

About You

·        Passionate about technology and the Video Surveillance Industry with an excellent understanding of the Video Surveillance landscape ( Partners, vendors, key players) in the region

·        Highly Analytical, curious, creative, result oriented

·        Detail Oriented

·        Exceptional communication and presentation skills

·        Proactive and motivated team player

·        Project Management - establishing and meeting deadlines, construct clear priorities

·        Communicating - internally, externally, sharing your work both written and verbally, adept public speaker

·        Influencing -building relationships with internal and external global stakeholders

·        Delivering results in a global multi-stakeholder environment, both internal and external

·        Using quantitative data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and marketing activities

·        Working independently

·        Collaborative team leader

 

Your Experience Includes

·        Extensive marketing experience with strong proven marketing experience on video surveillance

·        Deep understanding of the channel and how to build effective Video Surveillance marketing campaigns

·        Demand generation marketing campaigns
