DescriptionThis is a contract role under ManpowerGroup - 12 months renewable

Position purpose: Acting as critical link between B2C and B2B, the Commercial Deployment Manager plays a critical role in terms of owning the RRP & CC portfolio deployment, supporting execution of RRP & CC channel development strategy and driving digital trade opportunities in the BU territories.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. CC Portfolio Execution – Coordinate and manage product maintenance projects for whole CC portfolio such as new HW transition, ODM consolidations. In case of geographic expansions, clarify the portfolio - ODM and product features, getting necessary approvals from legal, EA, Distribution and HQ Comm. Teams. Build a project plan by location including retro planning for portfolio activities. Assist B2B4C for location based segment assessment (i.e. Price, Taste, Diameter etc.) Within the category and definition of local and tactical portfolio initiatives.


2. Channel Development – Take ownership of the planning and deployment of all visibility or infrastructure projects while ensuring close alignment with B2C Manager and B2B Manager. This includes project planning, Brief / proposal preparation, BMR / Internals approvals, PMO ensuring supplier selection in line with PMI policies, ensuring smooth alignment between all parties in the deployment of the visibility project. Define channel growth strategies and negotiate across sales chain partners. Ensure full post implementation checks and feedback where necessary on ROI.
Take ownership of RRP executions in both DF and Pop Up spaces and ensure they are in line with BU 3 step market entry strategy. Ensure the projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet global brand team standards for execution. Ensuring full maintenance of all RRP spaces and ensure Swift resolution of maintenance / upgrade issues to ensure premium CX.

3. Digital Trade Development – Support the implementation of Digital projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness in all our territories and POS. Support the implementation of Digital Trade Tools in our covered territories to ensure delivery of quality information and to drive up trade partner / BA engagement. Drive introduction of engaging content and approve the suggested media plans by region.

4. Budget & Resource Management - Consolidate, propose and manage budgets for Trade and DME expenses. Oversee accurate data entry into the systems and provide regular reports and analysis to management. Monitor expenditure vs. planned budget and propose corrective/ preventive initiatives in case of eventual deviations.

5. Compliance – Know and stay in compliance with the letter and spirit of the applicable laws, and standards of business conduct reflected in our Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies. Complete all required compliance trainings and work with the supervisor to determine what compliance risks may potentially be faced and seek to take training relevant to these areas.
