Description

HR ADMINISTRATOR

This is a Contrat role under ManpowerGroup - 12 months renewable

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Provide inputs to the Payroll Team on a monthly basis (additions, deletions, updates and
changes)
• Maintain Headcount report & org charts and provide accurate data to planning/finance on a
monthly basis.
• Update online and offline database for all employees; ensuring accuracy and privacy of data is
maintained.
• Preparing and reviewing HR documents for new joiners, leavers, job changes.
• Prepare EOS calculations for leavers in collaboration with Finance and Payroll.
• Coordinates with the 3rd party on all visa changes, renewals, joiners, leavers
• Ensure employee dependents file is updates for benefits purposes
• Ensure new joiners have the tools needed to perform their jobs
• Responsible to drive wellness programs
• Manage additions and deletions with the 3rd party for health and life insurance


Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Language: Proficiency in English is a must, Arabic is a plus
• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Administrative role
• Proficient in MS Office, experience with HR systems is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• Self-motivated, proactive and committed to continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good time management & organizational skills
