DescriptionPURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Develop marketing strategies and objectives based on consumer and competitive insights and align them with partners (distributor, agencies, and 3rd party).
Develop Marketing strategies that lead to long-term profitable growth.

Executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. and ensure effective implementation/execution of all the agreed marketing
strategies.
Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities

MARKETING STRATEGY AND PLANS
Contribute to the development of marketing, consumer and stakeholder engagement strategies and plans in order to gain competitive advantage and fulfill the company’s overall business targets in the market. Propose, implement and manage marketing plans and actively contribute in formulating strategies per territory/region.

DATA MANAGEMENT AND MARKET INTELLIGENCE
Manage Data gathering and reporting for the assigned territory/country/region. Continuously monitor for new product and package innovations, new marketing opportunities, competition activities and provide feedback to the relevant departments, so that their efforts are well targeted and have maximum impact. Validate and analyze consumer and trends collected in order to better understand and define action plans.
CYCLE PLANNING AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Supervise the implementation of Business Plan, cycle plans and budgets for the department in order to ensure that objectives are met. Control and track all major budget parameters in marketing and ensure that reporting requirements are met.

CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT, RETAIL, & TRADE PROGRAMS

Manage the implementation of agreed upon marketing initiatives in order to ensure maximum effect of programs. Work closely with Sales Development, GM and all departments to contribute to the development of these programs and provide the feedback on the results.




INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS MANAGEMENT

Continuously search for new marketing opportunities in existing markets, POS, LAMPs, and build and maintain productive relationships with external stakeholders Supervise implementation of markerting activations plans and control the quality of work delivered at all levels.

Regularly align and coordinate activities with Departments and distributor to ensure collaboration for successful implementation amongst all business partners on granular initiatives.

KPI MANAGEMENT

Define KPIs (e.g. ATL, BTL and CE and profiles and ensure the implementation in line with the agreed standards.
Ensure marketing plans are discussed and validated for the effectiveness.

Ensure marketing materials (POSM, TPOSM, visuals) are ordered on time and in place and with the right quantities in line with region requirements.

LEGAL & CORPORATE FRAMEWORK


Maintain a thorough understanding of the major Legal and/or Corporate issues which impact or may impact the tobacco/shisha industry and/or Partners in order to translate such issues into business terms and contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies, plans or programs that may arise there from. Ensure that solid image for the company, as a responsible corporation and preferred business partner, is built and maintained through marketing activities, by following the Code of Conduct, Policies & Procedures, and performing activities in line with standards.

REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT


Supervise, monitor and train distributor, trade and 3rd parties. Ensure development of the organizational skills and competencies required to implement marketing strategy and fulfill business objectives through development actions. Foster the effective team and work environment and encourage initiatives to allow the company to maximize their potential in the regions and increase the overall performance. Work closely with the Distributor's and Agencies and contribute to their on-the-job training and development.
