DescriptionOur client, a multinational company is now recruiting for a Business Analyst (12 month renewable)

Job Purpose
A Business Analyst to work for a leading Pharmaceutical company on managing and administrating the commercial solutions. The business analyst is also going handle the operations and data analysis of Business Intelligence, Sales Management, Data Visualization and Business Process Automation systems. He/she will ensure that all commercial systems are receiving regular data feeds from external sources and contain accurate and mapped data. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for the daily data validation tasks and provide proper analysis and business performance reports to all business stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
• Commercial systems administration (assigning user access, data configuration, etc.)
• Accurate interpretation, compilation and data management for all operational systems.
• Proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity.
• Providing analysis and reports to the regional commercial and sales colleagues.
• Regular engagement with the Finance, Supply Chain, sales managers, supervisors and medical representatives for mapping data correctly in the sales data management system.
• Following up with the distributors’ IT resources and the Clients resources is all systems related areas including troubleshooting, updates and data retrieval, as and when required.
• Deliver users trainings on regional systems, dashboards and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the data being dealt with.
• Completion of the required task within the desired deadline.
• Involvement in delivering new projects across the Middle East region.

Experience and Knowledge
• A minimum qualification of a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Management Information System
• A work experience of a minimum of 4 years demonstrating systems administrations data analysis and reporting skills.
• Technical skills / advanced knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel Functions including the ability to design reports, graphs and charts.
